When the toy turtle first came home LT could only lie and stare at it. He's always liked it but now it's way more fun - he can sit up and interact with it. He usually has a big smile on his face when he's pushing the buttons to change the songs and the colors.
Sometimes we take a short "turtle timeout" and play for a little bit when I'm having a hard time feeding LT or getting him to go to sleep. Kari said "turtle timeout" sounds like some kind of punishment but it's not that at all - it's like when a basketball coach calls timeout to try and change the momentum of the game. TT's have saved the game for LT and I on more than a few occasions.

LOL...We have the same thing in Zack's crib, Fishy time out with his fish mobile! Great minds think alike!
