House Updates

Our house project is moving along quickly (though seems slow at times).  They are tiling the bathrooms currently as well as installing all the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms.

We put heated floors in our other house, but I wasn't there to see it installed.  It was really fun to watch.
Main bathroom shower tile.
Boys basement bathroom (currently being tiled).
Main bathroom floor tile and below main bath shower.

Kitchen cabinets when they were delivered (now being installed).

February so far

B celebrated 100 days of school by making a 100 day project.  We made a rainbow caterpillar with 100 legs.

We celebrated galentines with a night in the mountains followed by a ski day.
First middle school dance for these guys, followed by a sleepover.  Brian took the little one and his cousins to the mountains to ski with my brother.

Once a teacher always a teacher.  A decoding activity with Valentines day jokes.

Superbowl tradition with friends (and of course blue frosted cupcakes).
Valentines day dinner with these guys.  Fondue (kids had meat, we had veggies) and cake pops from Cake Crumbs.
And my brother took the kids last night for dinner and Brian and I went to Tables to enjoy a nice dinner out!

Grandma's birthday- a month late

Grandmas birthday is New Years day, but given my grandfathers health and sadly passing away and our family getting COVID, we weren't able to celebrate until nearly a month later.  But, we did finally do so.  My brother made pazole, we brought a cake and it was a really fun evening watching the olympics and celebrating.

Mountain Time

I Pad school while we had COVID.
Brian and I have been skinning up and skiing down outside our mountain place.  The older two have joined also.
Not in the mountains, but always good to get your evening exercise in.
Brian tested positive long after the rest of us, so unfortunately he couldn't join us last weekend with my brother and his kids.  I took his oldest skiing with our two youngest.

Twinsies.
Building a remote control snake.
