You can't go to New Orleans and not eat beignets! We went to the famous Cafe Du Monde the first morning we were there, but soon found that Cafe Beignet was much more pleasant and the beignets and coffee were equally good. Plus, they had live jazz starting early in the morning until late in the evening. We went one night for dessert because we didn't make it there for breakfast that day.
