One of the many things I love about Alder's class is that they incorporate mindfulness practice into their school day. Adler was helping (sort of) me setup the little home studio to take some family photos later in the day when he suddenly insisted that I take a picture of him "doing mindfulness." I was happy to oblige and got one serous and one smiling. I like the former but he prefers the latter because his "hands are right." Seems he's still got some room to grow on the nonjudgmental piece.
