Europe 2019!

Our second family adventure to Europe began in late July.  An hour before we needed to leave for the airport, Ads spiked a pretty high fever.  Brian rushed around trying to find an urgent care that didn't have a wait, with no luck.  So, despite my typical overcautious ways of not spreading germs, we gave him motrin and tylenol (alternating) and hopped on the 10 hour flight to Munich.  He was a trooper through it all.
B was very excited to open his travel tote his brothers made and Baba bought him.
I bet Brian never imagined having a pink water bottle and frog backpack hooked to his backpack as he traveled, but... life with kids.
After landing we checked into our hotel room (only one of two were ready), and all 5 of us napped on a king sized bed.  Ads was no better when he woke up, so we headed to the German ER (Kinderklinik). It was confirmed that he had strep (the experience was not only really easy, but pretty reasonable).  We taxied home to the hotel, picked up antibiotics and headed to what would be the first of many German beer garden adventures.
