Stock Show and Rodeo

It was no real surprise that the tractors with front loader shovels were a highlight for the boys during a recent trip to the National Western Stock Show.

LT watched the rodeo patently for a while but never seemed to get into it much.

Adler was more interested but, just like his mom, thought the pyrotechnics  music and other theatrics were just too loud.

Yet somehow he fell asleep during it all.  Which is pretty amazing, if you ask me, because it was really darn loud and stimulating. The video below doesn't really even do it justice.

I was a little surprised that they opened the rodeo with Gangnam Style but I guess it is the most popular song in the history of the world or something like that. Even LT and Alder like it as the other video below shows, which is from a couple months ago when they were teaching themselves the dance moves from watching the video on youtube.
