House Update

We are nearing the end of the remodel!  The appliances were delivered today (just waiting for a few last minute hookups).  We need the door hinges and handles replaced (next week), a closet finished (next week), our new doors (next week) and then a few pendants that are stuck at customs.  We are all ready to move back in an enjoy our new home and space.

Easter

We had a different Easter this year.  Both B and Ads had a friend over the night before (B's for a "sleepunder" and Ads for a "sleepover".  We dyed eggs and ordered pizza.   Baba stopped by with a very thoughtful basket of goodies for the kids!
It was also a busy night for the easter bunny AND toothfairy.  This guy lost his second top tooth.
Easter morning, LT had to work (very important day at church!)  When he got home, he hid eggs for these three to find.
Never too old for an Easter basket though!

Mom Time

Hikes and a mom ski day/sleepover.

Toothless in Front

B lost both his front teeth last week.  He wanted me to take this and send it to my nephew.  A few days later, he went to kiss Lexi and she bopped her nose into his other front (and very loose) tooth and out it came too.

Few more from Mexico

Spring Break

Back to our now-usual place just outside Puerto Morelos in Mexico for spring break this year. Which is always great but even better this year because some cousins and friends where there at the same time. Apparently I was too busy enjoying my vacation to take many pictures, however, because this is all I have. But did manage to get the now-traditional photo of B in front of the fountain.

it's been a minute

Some photos from the last few months.

Football game with an old friend.

Pizza dinner and xmas decorating at the new house before we'd had furniture etc. moved.

B playing some legos behind moving boxes in the kitchen in the evening after the move.

Designing a game in the middle of mostly unpacked house chaos.

Very into various Nutcrackers this year.

Selfie at the top of the world's highest (altitude) ferris wheel at Santa's Workshop North Pole.

The drive to the mountains right after our first positive covid test to escape our home under renovation so work could continue and we could have a working kitchen during our isolation.

The first floor shower gets more use as a ski locker.

Some skiing and snow fun for B and cousins.

AC doing some light alpine touring.

B's first swim ribbon (for doing well at lessons).

Rainbow Park is great even in the cold of winter.

LT in a school performance of Oliver Twist. His onstage parts were pretty small and he did a lot of the lighting and tech for the show.
